After the prepress stage, the image designed by our graphic designer – i.e. a printable PDF file format – is lit down on a printing plate.
Colours generated on the printing plate from the image are transmitted through various rolls onto the previously selected type of paper – having obviously
added some printing paint into the process. Beyond the range of the most often used Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black (CMYK) colours in offset technology,
such unique Pantone or RAL colours can also be pre-mixed that best represent your company design.
The other great advantage of sheet-fed offse technology is that we can use a greater range of paper thickness
(from 60 to 350g/m2) than with rotary offset printing.
* Indicative data only; volumes related to printing technologies show overlaps (depending on various parameters digital printing might be the most cost-efficient procedure even at 1-2000 copies; nonetheless it may also occur that sheet-fed offset printing is recommended even for orders of 500 copies or over 100.000 copies.) It is always the very parameters of the current order that determines the most optimal printing technology for you.
